Consultancy
As an educational consultant, my vision is to help schools create inclusive, nurturing environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to thrive. I aim to work collaboratively with educators to reflect on their practices and develop meaningful, sustainable approaches that value every member of the school community.
I currently work full-time as an international educator, so I’m not offering consultancy services independently at this time. However, I’m always happy to connect and have informal conversations with fellow educators.
Alongside my full-time role, I’m collaborating with other consultants on a couple of projects that I hope to develop further and share with international schools in the future.

Belonging Audit
I’ve been collaborating with Rachel Hodson from Teaching Minds on this project, which is still in its early stages.
The Belonging Audit is a collaborative, three-phase consultancy review for international primary schools that evaluates how students experience connection, play, and participation through scoping discussions, a two-day immersive visit, and ongoing support.
The audit then creates a tailored "Belonging Map" report for your school that highlights school strengths, identifies friction points and overlooked pupils, outlines high-impact changes, and provides a 90-day implementation plan.
